Learning and Development Specialist

We are looking for a reinforcement in our HR team, so our employees can continuously grow and develop their skills. This person will be responsible for this area, education. As a Learning and Development Specialist it will be your responsibility that the trainings meet the requirements of both staff and management, you will oversee the whole concept of education and you will come up with new developments in what is happening in the field of education. You will communicate closely with HR Business partners, leadership and experts. No stereotype, but innovative, diverse work that involves project management, external and internal communication, and plenty of interesting activities.

Responsibilities:

  • recommendation of appropriate educational and development activities based on identification of training needs
  • keeping records of training, cost monitoring and relevant budgets
  • responsibility for all educational processes, guidelines and their implementation into practice
  • evaluating the effectiveness of educational programs, methods and materials
  • monitoring new trends in education and their possible transfer to our company
  • active collaboration with managers on employee training needs
  • building the Leadership Academy and bringing together the expert community and employees
  • company presentation in the Group Learning Community

Requirements:

  • we welcome job experience on a similar position in an international company (Shared Service Center is an advantage)
  • a very good level of English– you can handle written as well as spoken presentation
  • you can communicate, listen and negotiate – effective communication will be key for you
  • you can organize your time and prioritize – you will be the master of your time
  • you are goal-oriented and have the will to finish things – you believe that if there is will, there is a way
  • you are innovative and creative, you have the persistence not to be easily discouraged
  • you don’t wait for things to come to you, but you are the one coming up with ideas
  • you manage changes well and you can adapt quickly
  • you are not a lone wolf, you work for the whole team and the society
