HR Operations and Analytics team is looking for an HR Reporting Analyst to join us. We are a team that shares our goals but failures as well. Your responsibilities:

  • processing and visualization of data with a focus on detail and the ability to see the bigger picture
  • creation of various reports, dashboards and documents for HR team and management
  • solving non-standard requests and ad-hoc tasks
  • partner with HR process owners to understand gaps and improvement opportunities
  • cooperation with HR system application managers and HR Operations Specialists on daily team tasks
  • technical realization of an integrated reporting system focusing on quality and efficiency
  • connecting various processes in the team and across departments and their improvement
  • participation on interesting internal projects

We expect:

  • fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • you love working with data and you are good at helping others work with data;
  • analytical mind and a pro-active approach towards problem-solving;
  • advanced knowledge of Excel
  • knowledge of VBA, Access, Power BI is an advantage
  • experience from similar position min1 year/SSC advantage
  • ability to work in fast – paced environment
  • great communication and interpersonal skills
  • interest in HR area
  • stress-resistance
