Life Allocation Officer

Our team is responsible for processing the life and health insurance documentation, such as applications, annual updates, etc. Join our team at KBC SSC in Brno and bolster our plentiful ranks!

Your responsibilities:

  • processing received documents in internal systems at given time intervals
  • searching for information, assembling documents from various sources
  • checking and updating documents
  • prioritization
  • communication with team and with other entities within KBC Group (in English - especially by e-mail)

We expect:

  • at least high school education
  • a moderate level of English is a prerequisite (mostly written communication but sometimes you will call with Belgian clients)
  • PC user knowledge – MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
  • interest in working in internal systems and administration
  • diligence, accuracy (working with numbers), reliability and result orientation
  • finally, we are looking for a team person and a good colleague
