We at KBC Shared Service Center Brno provide back office support in the field of banking, for foreign partners, so you can also use English. If you are also interested in accounting, or you are familiar with basic accounting operations, we have something to offer you. Of course, we have proper training - there is nothing to be afraid of, we really do not throw you into the water.

Your responsibilities:

  • you will be responsible for a database of suppliers, clients and business partners
  • entering new suppliers and customers into the internal system
  • management and changes of data in the internal database
  • data detection, verification and control
  • communication in English with the parent company in Belgium, clients and suppliers
  • cooperation on process optimization
  • as part of the team that processes received invoices, you will be responsible for representing some team members in processing problem invoices and providing accounting information

We expect:

  • at least secondary education (economic focus an advantage)
  • knowledge of English as a condition (verbal and written - communication with suppliers)
  • attention to detail, diligence, resilience, good communication skills are very important
  • knowledge of SAP is an advantage

MS Office; Outlook, Excel - you will create reports for clients from Belgium

  • knowledge of basic accounting principles is definitely an advantage
